On Saturday night, a gunman opened fire inside Club Q in Colorado Springs. The gay nightclub was one of the few safe spaces for the LGBTQIA+ community to gather in the southern Colorado city.
Five people were killed and at least 25 were injured in the mass shooting on Nov. 19. The suspect was also injured and was taken into custody by Colorado Springs police.
