The suspect Denver police were searching for in connection to Saturday’s fatal hit-and-run crash has been taken into custody, officials said.
The Denver Police Department wrote on Twitter at 10:19 p.m. Tuesday that Taylor Anthony Lindsey, 23, was taken into custody.

Lindsey is being held for his suspected involvement in the fatal hit-and-run crash at 12:27 a.m. Saturday near East 40th Avenue and Peña Boulevard.
A wanted poster that offered a $2,000 reward for information about Lindsey’s whereabouts had been issued by Denver police shortly after the incident.
The victim’s identity has not yet been released.
