Spalletti in awe of Osimhen after ending Juve’s 8-game winning & clean sheet runs

Napoli manager Luciano Spalleti is stunned by the “unexpressed potential” of Victor Osimhen after the Nigeria striker helped his side beat Juventus 5-1 on Friday.

Juventus headed into the clash at the Diego Maradona Stadium with a record of 8 straight wins in the Serie A and 8 clean sheets.

The Old Ladies didn’t just win all eight games before the encounter but they also kept clean sheets in the process.

But all of that didn’t matter as Victor Osimhen lead Napoli to a convincing win over second-place Juventus.

The Nigerian striker scored two headed goals and assisted one goal to help Napoli to a 5-1 big win over Juventus.

As usual, Victor Osimhen chased down every ball, defended set piece, and went against the three Brazillian center halves that Juventus paraded.

His efforted was noticed by everyone who watched the game, the commentators, and his coach, Luciano Spalletti who praised the Nigerian striker.

“Osimhen is such a great striker.

“I am stunned by the unexpressed potential he has and excited to see what he’ll do in future.

“There were these two or three balls down the touchline and he has the pace, the skill, the courage, and physicality to deal with those situations.

“After all, he smashed his face a couple of times because he goes for every ball. He still has remarkable room for improvement.”

Juventus had not conceded five goals since a 5-1 against Pescara in May 1993.
