- 45ml Lemon Myrtle Syrup
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- Top up with sparkling water
To make Lemon Myrtle Syrup:
Take 1L Sugar syrup ( 12 white sugar 12 hot water ) and a small bunch of Lemon Myrtle leaves and steep in a pot on stove in the sugar syrup until desired taste is acquired.
Add 75ml of Pre-mixed syrup (Lemon Myrtle Syrup and Lemon Juice)
To a flute over ice
Top up with soda water and stir
