Ravens QB Lamar Jackson misses another practice, not expected to play vs. Falcons – The Denver Post

Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson is not expected to play Saturday against the Atlanta Falcons after missing the week of practice.

Jackson sat out the past two games and past nine practices since injuring his knee in a Week 13 win over the Denver Broncos. Coach John Harbaugh said Dec. 5 that Jackson was considered “week-to-week.”

With Jackson unlikely to be active Saturday, backup Tyler Huntley is set to start for the third straight week. He was limited in practice Wednesday with a right (throwing) shoulder injury but participated in individual drills Thursday during the period of practice open to reporters.

Defensive lineman Calais Campbell and cornerback Marcus Peters, who left Saturday’s loss to the Cleveland Browns with injuries to their knee and calf, respectively, were sidelined for the third straight day and are also expected to miss Saturday’s game.

Left tackle Ronnie Stanley, who was limited Wednesday, was missing Thursday along with outside linebacker Jason Pierre-Paul. Both typically get rest days during the week of practice.

Coach John Harbaugh is scheduled to address reporters after practice Thursday.

This story will be updated.
