A new spot with an old and familiar name will soon make its debut in Denver’s River North Art District.

Colorado craft beer stalwart Left Hand Brewing Co. celebrates the grand opening of its new taproom and restaurant on Nov. 9, enticing drinkers with 40 draft taps, Neapolitan-style pizza and a patio where it intends to host live music. The new, 7,400-square-foot outpost marks Left Hand’s first expansion outside of Longmont, where it has been brewing since 1993.

Patrons can expect to find staples such as the award-winning Left Hand Milk Stout on tap, alongside a selection of draft wine and cocktails. The Denver location also boasts a small pilot brewing system that brewers intend to use for specialty releases, experimental recipes and collaborations.

Chefs will churn out pizzas quickly thanks to a custom Marra Forni brick oven installed onsite. Other food offerings include burritos, beer brats, chicken and waffles, veggie wraps and salads, according to a spokesperson.

And because of its proximity to Mission Ballroom, Left Hand hopes to be a pre- and post-show destination for music lovers, and eventually plans to host live entertainment in its outdoor space.
