A shooting stemming from a possible road rage incident closed Interstate 225 southbound for over an hour, the Aurora Police Department said on Twitter. The roadway was reopened about 7:50 a.m.

Police were dispatched to the interstate about 6:44 a.m. One man suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the shooting and was transported to the hospital.
The victim reported the shooting was possibly due to road rage, police said, but no suspect information was available.
Police said the road was closed while they locate evidence.
