Clean Giants injury report vs. Vikings indicates Adoree Jackson is back – The Denver Post

The Giants’ players were pretty loose in Friday’s locker room, and now it’s clear why:

They have zero players listed as out, doubtful or questionable for Sunday’s Wild Card game against the Minnesota Vikings.

That means top corner Adoree Jackson (knee) is returning after a seven-game absence due to a sprained right MCL in his knee.

And starting right tackle Evan Neal (ankle) is OK to play after being added as limited on Thursday.

“He’ll be alright,” head coach Brian Daboll said of Neal.

The Giants didn’t practice for long on Friday, but all of their players on the injury report throughout the week were listed as full participants: Jackson, Neal, DL Leonard Williams (neck), C Jon Feliciano (back), LB Azeez Ojulari (ankle), S Xavier McKinney (fingers), S Jason Pinnock (shoulder) and WR Marcus Johnson (knee).

Jackson’s return, the Giants hope, will give them a better chance of limiting the damage created by Vikings star receiver Justin Jefferson.

Jackson got hurt returning a punt in Week 11 against the Detroit Lions, a personnel deployment mistake by Daboll that kept him out the remainder of the regular season.

Now he’s back to try and help them make a playoff run.

The Vikings, meanwhile, are listing three players as questionable: CB Cam Dantzler (ankle/personal matter), S Harrison Smith (knee) and kick returner/RB Kene Nwangwu (illness).
